Le dan las gracias después de 15 años de dedicación absoluta.
Ahora los rumores se basan en qué pilotos seguirán su estela.
También se habla que Chad Reed podría crear su propio equipo con monturas KTM.

SUZUKI NEWS: Rockstar Makita Suzuki Thanks Roger DeCoster for 15 Years of Racing Together

The championship-winning Rockstar Makita Suzuki team and Roger DeCoster will be parting ways after the close of the 2010 Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross season. DeCoster has been Team Manager for Suzuki's Supercross and Motocross efforts for 15 years, and together they have earned numerous titles and championships. DeCoster will continue to lead the team through the final two rounds of the Motocross series.
The championship-winning Rockstar Makita Suzuki team led by Ryan Dungey earned the 2010 AMA/FIM Supercross title in May and wrapped up the 2010 Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross championship last weekend at Southwick, making him the most successful rookie in Supercross and Motocross history.
For now, the Rockstar Makita Suzuki team plans to focus on finishing off the 2010 season strong and celebrate the incredible year it has been. For 2011, the Rockstar Makita Suzuki team looks forward to defending its championships with Ryan Dungey sporting the number one plate in both the Supercross and Motocross series. The team will begin the search for a new manager in preparation for the 2011 race season.
American Suzuki Motor Corp., the Rockstar Makita Suzuki racing team, Rockstar Energy Drink, Makita Industrial Tools, Yoshimura R&D of America, and all the sponsors of the team wish Roger the best in his future endeavors, and thank him for the great years spent together at the races.
"You can never replace an icon like Roger," Yoshimura R&D of America Vice President Don Sakakura said. "However, with Suzuki and Yoshimura’s racing DNA still strong as ever, and with the core nucleus of the team staying the same, we are looking forward to defending 2010’s championships. Roger has made great contributions with Suzuki and certainly has the utmost respect, friendship, and our acknowledgement of a job well done. We wish him nothing but good luck in the future."
Al parecer, Suzuki le propuso un año más de contrato, y en el podcast de dmxsradio, Roger está verdaderamente decepcionado. Todavía no hay nada firmado, pero se dice que en breve, RdC será el nuevo boss de KTM USA.

En otro orden de cosas, se dice que Pourcel seria su segundo piloto.

"first right of refusal"
Así se llama la cláusula que tiene Chris Pourcel en su Contrato con Kawasaki 2010 que permitiría a Kawa guardarlo igualando cualquier otra oferta que llegue tentando a CP.
Es decir si alguien le ofrece 10 M $ y Kawa los iguala CP deberá seguir en Kawa.
¿porqué digo esto en el post de Roger De Coster?
Pués porque al irse RDC de Suzuki una cláusula del contrato de Dungey permitiría "caducar" el contrato por el hecho de no estar RDC y Suzuki perderá a RD que puede pasar a cualquier marca y esto a desequilibrado el mercado de manera descomunal.
Por ejemplo Chad Reed no está contento en Kawa y quiere irse y piensa en KTM y quizás RDC coincide, con lo que Kawa se queda sin él y puede optar por hacer valer su cláusula First Right sobre CP.
Los demás también aprietan y el equipo de Joe Gibbs tiene fuerza para ganar pulsos a cualquier marca de motos, en gasto por fichar.
Y Honda necesita a un ganador para no contentarse con migajas.
La cosa está movida y de ello pueden sacar provecho los mejores.

acabo de leer k chad reed ha terminado el contrato con kawasaki monster y tiene las puertas abiertas en ktm factory con roger de coster...AUN NO STA NADA CONFIRMADO !!!
